Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• You are at least 18 and legally able to enter into contracts in your country.
• You provide accurate information about yourself, including your age.
• You have not previously been banned by us.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity in your account and for access to the email you sign in with. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You can delete your account at any time from the profile menu — chats, memories, comments, reactions and balance are deleted with it.

3. AI characters and replies

• Character replies are generated by a third-party AI model. We don't review each reply in advance and don't guarantee its accuracy, appropriateness or continuous availability.
• Replies are fiction for entertainment. Don't rely on them as professional advice.
• We may limit and filter generation to comply with the law and the Community Guidelines.

4. Your content

Your messages, memories, comments and profile remain yours. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to store, process and display this content as needed to run the service (for example, sending chat history to the model to generate a reply and showing your comments to other users).

You confirm your content doesn't violate the law, third-party rights or the Community Guidelines.

5. Gems and coins

• Gems are an in-app virtual currency used for messages, “inspirations” and gifts. They are not money, have no cash value and can't be withdrawn, sold or transferred to other users.
• Free gems are topped up daily to a set limit and don't accumulate beyond it. Bonus gems (purchases, missions, check-ins) don't expire while the account exists.
• Free gems are spent first, then bonus gems. The price of an action is shown before it's performed. If the model fails to reply, gems are returned automatically.
• Gem purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by the consumer law of your country.
• We may change prices and limits with notice in the app; gems you already bought are kept.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by a payment provider (Stripe). We don't store your full card details. Prices are shown before payment; taxes apply as required by law.

7. Prohibited use

• Breaking the Community Guidelines.
• Circumventing service limits, the gem billing system or content filters.
• Scraping, overloading or hacking the service, reselling access.
• Creating multiple accounts to farm bonuses or invite codes.

8. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or end access for breaches of these terms, when required by law, or to protect other users. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or consequences of using generated replies.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. This doesn't limit rights that can't be limited under the law of your country.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll give advance notice of material changes in the app or by email. By continuing to use the service after changes take effect, you accept them.

11. Governing law and contact
